How To Host A Party On Poshmark
One of the most common questions we receive at PMHQ is how to become a Luxury party host. A favorite location not only allows for a large closet display, but is also a fun way to shop and share with the Poshmark community. If you’ve ever been curious about how organizers are chosen and what you can do to qualify, we’re here to dig into the details.
Your account should:
- As a Posh Ambassador. At this point, we require all co-hosts to be Posh Ambassadors. To become a Posh Ambassador, you must meet criteria based on a number of factors, including engagement, ratings, sales, and Posh Love viral history. You can apply to the Posh Ambassador program through the Poshmark app, in the Posh Statistics page once you have completed all the criteria.
- In good condition. Since hosting is a highly visible location, we are looking for Publishers who know our rules and follow them. A few helpful suggestions? No unsupported items or coordinating offline transactions.
- Be active. Meet and follow the Postman. List items for sale. Browse, like and share your favorites list. Connect and stay in touch with the Community that will make you a well-rounded Postman!
- Shared 100 lists of Lifetime New Posters
- There are more than 7500 lasting shares
- Shared > 500 community listings in the last 30 days
- Personality! Nothing makes us grin more than clean, clear, creative Cover Photos (10x faster!). Dress up and take a selfie (or ask a friend to take a picture of you!) Or even create a composition of beautiful items on a clean and attractive surface. And don’t forget the key to all great photos: good light! - Fill out the application (US or Canada) to let us know that you are interested in participating in the Host Program – we’d love to hear from you!
- Once we receive your request, we will add you to our list of interested candidates and contact you as soon as we have a chance to take a look at your wardrobe.
- Please wait patiently. We have a long list of eager applicants and are working hard every day to ensure every qualified Advertiser has a chance to bid.

Have you archived before but ready to do it again? Great! We’re always excited to have a Posher server back. We typically ask you to wait at least a month before contacting the server again to allow time for other Posters to join the fun. Once that time has passed, simply re-fill the application (US or Canada) and we’ll put you on our list of repeat hosts.
