What you want for modern brewed hibiscus tea:

Mix 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers, 4 cups water, and a pair/3 cups sugar (or equal sweetener) in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.

Pressure.

Served on ice. (I filled a pitcher about 1/3 cup full with ice and added my tea to it.)

If you want to sweeten it with honey, I would recommend stirring it in after you press the flowers, however, sooner than when you add the rest of the water. Honey is definitely my favorite strategy for sweetening tea. You can also add sugar or sweetener however you like. Personally, I just love the tart style it has so I don’t make it too candy. However, it is only a matter of personal choice. ???? I would like to serve it on this pitcher with some orange or lemon slices. It will look very fair. ???? And the mason jars with handles are my favorite! This tea has a bold style, like that of cranberry or grape juice. Honestly, you bought to strive at least as soon as possible!
