Measure the elastic band large enough to go around your child’s head plus about an inch.
Cut strips of yellow wool 4 inches long and sew along the elastic band with liquid glue. Let dry (about 30 minutes).
Cut 1 1/2 inch strip of craft fur and, using liquid glue, sew over the felt strips, covering the bottom of the elastic band. Let dry (about 30 minutes).

Make a crown point pattern from cardboard or cardboard and use it to shape the crown out of felt.
