- Elastic band
- Loose stitch
- Felt yellow wool
- Fur Crafts

- Boa craft (not shown, but simply cut and pinned to the tail)

- Measure the elastic band large enough to go around your child’s head plus about an inch.
- Cut strips of yellow wool 4 inches long and sew along the elastic band with liquid glue. Let dry (about 30 minutes).
- Cut 1 1/2 inch strip of craft fur and, using liquid glue, sew over the felt strips, covering the bottom of the elastic band. Let dry (about 30 minutes).
- Make a crown point pattern from cardboard or cardboard and use it to shape the crown out of felt.
- To reinforce the shape of the crown and make sure it “stands up”, now add another layer of felt to the back of the felt crown using loose stitching for bonding.
- Add a velcro to both ends of the elastic band.
