Cut the foot to the desired length. I keep mine as long as possible, cutting them as close to the joint as possible. We used a pruner to trim the legs. Read more: How to clean your touchpadCut rabbit legs to desired lengthBrush foot: Wash your feet with warm water and dish soap. Repeat the process 2 or 3 times until they are clean. Rinse well after washing.First time soaking: Find a jar and some 70% Isopropyl alcohol (cleansing alcohol). Put all the feet in the jar and add the rubbing alcohol until the feet are sealed. Soak feet for 48 hours.Soak your feet in wineWash: Wash your feet with water until the alcohol is gone. Squeeze as much water out of your feet as possible. Read more: How to tell your parents you’re an atheistSecond soak: If you have a second jar, you can save the wine for the next time you make pork leg. If not, rinse the wine in the jar, put the pork leg in the jar, add water and borax. The amount of solder will depend on how many feet you are processing. Dissolve as much borax in the water as possible (the borax may not dissolve completely and that’s okay). Keep your feet in this solution for 24 hours.Wash: Rinse feet with water to ensure all solder is removed. Squeeze out excess water.Dry your feet: I hang my feet to dry, but I also see people using an induction hob cooler. Dry your feet for 24-48 hours.Hanging feet to dryPrepare the bell: Take the pliers and open the jingle bell to remove the small ball inside. Pry open all sides of the bell so the rabbit’s feet can slide into the bell. End caps can also be purchased with different designs if you wish.The bell is opened and the small ball is taken outAttach ball chain: There is a small hole on the top of the bell to attach a ball chain or key chain. I attached my ball chain before adding the epoxy to make sure the opening wasn’t closed by the epoxy.Epoxy: I made sure all my pins would fit on the bell before adding the epoxy. Add a small amount of epoxy to the bell where the foot will go. Push your foot into the bell as far as you can.
