- Brew 1 cup of green tea and add 1-inch piece of ginger slices in it.

- Or else boil 2 – 2 ½ cups of water in a pot and turn off the heat. Mix slices of 1 organic lemon and ginger along with 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder in it. Steep for 30 minutes and strain it. Drink it with some honey.
Alternatively, add 6 – inch piece of peeled and sliced ginger and 6 cups of water in a pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne in it. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Strain it and drink by adding honey and lemon juice in it.

This tea is a simple morning Detox tea that you have to drink it regularly in the morning on an empty stomach. Lemon has vitamin C that builds collagen, boost the digestion, metabolism to burn calories. Cayenne pepper warms the body and amp up the metabolism.

- Add 1 pinch of cayenne pepper and juice of half a lemon in 1 – 2 cups of boiled water (or) green tea.
