The TV series Twisted was first aired in 2013. It follows a teenager, Danny Desai, who is accused of killing his aunt Tara by jumping red rope and returns to his hometown after being detained for 5 years. in adolescence. While it did gain a fan base, the latter wasn’t great enough to make it to a second season.Danny Desai (Avan Jogia) adopted the nickname “Socio” because of his reputation as a social killer. He was unable to describe what really happened when he was accused of murdering his aunt; so he deals with it. It’s no surprise considering the 5 years he spent in the juvenile’s room for a crime he didn’t actually commit. The system treated him like a criminal for a long time, so it was easier to accept. Jo Masterson (Maddie Hasson) thinks Danny is a killer because of the influence of those around her; however, she struggles to understand how he could be if she knew him well enough that he was one of her childhood best friends. When he is released and returned to her life, her perception is put to the test. When she finds herself in conflict with the stories of those around her, trying to get rid of Danny, she learns to trust him. Lacey Porter (Kylie Bunbury) believes that Danny has gone to prison on the right charges; However, once she is forced to be with him in school and social situations, she will be motivated to spend some alone time with him. There’s a problem with taking positions of power that makes one infallible.
