3. Focus more on the small instruction and less on the reason.Dealing with what happened and what you feel is definitely important. Take the time to figure out small, practical steps you can take to make things better (even if it’s just a little bit better at this point). Doing so will start to feel more confident and less stuffy and numb as you’re moving forward again.4. Reminder: This is temporary. And there is a brand new day tomorrow.Just because this day or last week didn’t go well doesn’t mean tomorrow doesn’t have a brand new day.
