It’s a perfectly cozy solo session, but if you enjoy some bitter cream, parmesan, pancetta, and crispy kale it’s… fun isn’t it? Sure, I would simply call delightful soup. You can also make it vegan by omitting the pancetta, vegan by omitting the parmesan and cream (I’ll use a squeeze of lemon), but it’s essential that no matter how you prepare it, you can do so in a short time.
