It’s a recipe that’s been virtually unheard of before and most households can have their own special variations, but in reality, I like my recipe to be the most effective! Grilled pork chops with mushroom cream sauce is definitely on my list of comforting meals and it’s actually a hassle to make. This recipe ticks all the boxes whether you need an on-site family meal or a simple dinner for one. Try these with my savory crispy baked potatoes for a simple meal!

This recipe must be baked at 350 (in an identical preheated oven) for 25 minutes. So it will take a little while to make, however you don’t have to hover over it while it’s baking so it’s very easy to prepare dinner!

  • Making pork chops in the microwave is very simple. Simply open the package, place them in the microwave and defrost the pork chops using the “defrost” or “defrost” button for 30 seconds.
  • Flip them over and defrost for 30 seconds on the opposite side. Continue with this process until the pork is completely defrosted.
