Just a few days ago, I walked into the department’s convenience retail store and purchased a box of expensive ice cream. Now, I know that sounds weird to non-Michigandas, but it’s merely Superman ice cream with our fun title. Scooperman blends blue moon, lemon and crimson soda. Believe me, it’s the weirdest mix, yet delicious and looks even taller!

Bear Hug is my brother’s personal favorite. Bear Hug is a hard to find ice cream treat. I noticed a few stores simply looking to buy a Bear Hug for my brother’s near year birthday! Bear Hug is chocolate ice cream with chocolate-lined cashews and swirling caramel. Also, it originated in Michigan!
4. Checkered flags
It’s my absolute favorite ice cream. I was intrigued at first because my Poppy is a huge NASCAR fan. Checkered Flag ice cream is simply vanilla and chocolate glaze through the carton. It was so easy, but the perfect ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Again, hard to find.
5. Tiger Traxx
Tiger Traxx is named after the famous and beloved Detroit Tigers. It’s vanilla ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and ripples. The dominant element of this ice cream is the cookies lined with a sweet orange coating, the shade of Tiger’s workforce.

Cookie Dough is one of my favorites. Cookie Dough in itself is amazing then they add extra cream and chocolate chips. Creamy vanilla ice cream mixed with frozen cookie dough and chocolate crumbs is sure to be the right fit for any occasion.
10. Mackinac Fudge Island
Named after Mackinac Island, which sits between Michigan’s Higher and Descending Peninsulas, this ice cream is vanilla ice cream with liquid ripples and splashes of cream.

Who can’t go wrong with such a traditional dish and with so many delicious flavors?

This ice cream is definitely made from cheesecake flavored ice cream for the bottom and streaks of strawberry sauce for the rest.

I don’t like espresso, however I can only think it tastes like an iced cappuccino. The ice cream is flavored with roasted espresso, with chocolate chips, I imagine it could be a “Coffee Lover’s Dream”.
19. Grand Resort Summer Celebration
This ice cream is named after the Mackinac Island Resort, The Grand Resort, “America’s Summer Place”. The 4th of July is a sacred holiday in my family, so I used to be drawn to the crimson, white, and blue colors on the packaging. It’s vanilla ice cream with raspberries and blueberries!
20. Rocky . Expressway
Rocky Highway is dedicated to only one vehicle: marshmallows. The Rocky Freeway symbolizes the failed infrastructure in Michigan. Chocolate ice cream, marshmallow filling and chocolate-lined almonds, are definitely a great way.

Candy and salty. This fashion you don’t have to define, a really better of each world. Salty caramel ice cream with swirls of caramel, as you can tell I love ice cream. A lot of my memories of summer involve holding an ice cream cone in my hand.
