First, take a look at this adorable brick construction Nightfury Toothless appeared in the How To Train Your Dragon movies! I’ve just watched Playmobil’s How to Train Your Dragon sets and was thinking how great it would be if LEGO released some movie-related building sets. While there’s no indication this will ever happen, at least we can build our own Toothless, thanks to the talented designers at Build Better Bricks. This model requires 232 puzzle pieces (estimate cost is ~$30 if you don’t have any and have to buy them on BrickLink). Dimensions are respectively 13″ long x 15″ wide x 4.5″ high. The manual costs $7 and includes a 38-page PDF manual, a printable part list, and an XML file (so you can easily import the part list into BrickLink). Pharah perfectly matches more than 19 match points. The model can stand on its own, but you can also set up a stand to go with the model. The stand can provide extra support while the Pharah is standing, or can be used to hold her in the air so that she transitions into her ultimate state. Pharah’s wings and shoulder rockets can be opened. Her legs have more rockets that can be opened with the push of a button. The kickstand also has a place to stash her gun when she’s in ultimate mode. The rocket gun even includes a firing mechanism! This is a large model with 1,385 pieces (cost estimate is ~$110 – $150 if you buy parts on BrickLink). Dimensions with stand are 18″ high x 8.5″ wide x 10″ deep and without stand are 13″ high x 8.5″ wide x 6″ deep. The manual costs $12 and includes a full 213-page PDF manual, a printable part list, and a topqa.info file (for importing part lists into BrickLink). You can buy them at the Build Better Bricks store: MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are a fan of Nintendo games, you can build this cute LEGO Nintendo Koopa figure with 226 pieces (estimate cost of parts is ~$15 – $18). Dimensions are 5.5″ high 3″ x 4″ deep, respectively. The manual costs $7 and includes the entire 48-page PDF manual, printable part list, and Stud-io file (for importing part lists into BrickLink). You can buy them at the Build Better Bricks store: GUIDE KOOPA Build Better Bricks with instructions for many other lovable Nintendo characters. Some of the smaller models released recently are the Kirby, Goomba, and Bom-Omb. The price of each is $3 – $4, you can buy them at the Build Better Bricks website.
