Prepare Smoked Ribs

The first thing we have to do is marinate the ribs. About half an hour before you can smoke, remove the ribs from the refrigerator. Remove the silver skin on the underside of the ribs if it’s still there. Smoking auxiliary ribs
Gather your smokers to cook dinner using skewers on 250 levels. I use acerola or wood apple when I make the smoked side ribs. The ribs are prepared after they go for a bend test.Bend test. Select the stones with a pair of tongs and slam them up. If they are prepared, the slab will bend down until the meat begins to crack in the floor. A small crack means you want a little more time. It will almost break while you raise the floor plate.
