1. Right click
The simplest way to print email from Gmail without header is to select the whole text and print it. All you have to do is first select the text you want to print. Now you can see that Gmail Logo is missing in print preview. This happens because you are not using Gmail’s built-in print option.
This is a one-time trick and can’t be done when you want to print multiple strings and dialogues.
2. Inspect element
Select and Print is the fastest way to print without the Gmail Logo. However, even after you do that, you may still see the Header text that says “Gmail: Subject Line”.
To remove the Gmail Header, we can use the Inspect Element tool. In case you didn’t know, the Inspect element is a tool built into most web browsers that allows you to modify the code on any web page. If you don’t understand the code well, please go to Chrome Extensions preferences. Now, first, we need the print preview page. To get that, click the print icon on the Gmail page. It is located in the top right corner of the headline.
On the Print Preview Page, you can see the Gmail Logo, email ID, and subject line. This is what we want to remove. However, the page is hidden and we cannot modify the Inspect element here. Therefore, click Cancel to hide Print Preview.
After you have canceled Print Preview, right-click and select “Observe” on the Web. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shift + I to access the Inspection Element. Read more: how to make a doll chair
On the Inspect Element tab, make sure you’re in the elements tab. Now hover over the code until you get to the element
Once you have removed the Gmail Logo, we also need to remove the header text. To do that, expand the header at the top of the Inspect Element code. Double-click the text to edit it. Remove Gmail concatenated before the text. Alternatively, you can also rename it to a name of your choice.

Although this method works perfectly, it is time consuming and not feasible when you have to print many pages. If you often print via Gmail, you should use Chrome Extensions instead. 
I modified an existing Chrome extension that even removed the Gmail header from the Email. You can download it from this Google Drive Link. However, since the chrome extension is not published on the Chrome Store, you will have to load it manually in Google Chrome. Now, after you have downloaded the zip file. Go ahead and extract the file. You will see the following contents in the zip folder.
Now, we need to load this extension into Google Chrome. To do that, go to Google Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner. From the extension menu, navigate to More Tools and click “Extensions”. Read more: how to make an external motor mount
Alternatively, you can also type “chrome://extensions” into the search bar of Google Chrome or Omnibox.
On the Extensions menu, enable “Developer mode” by clicking the toggle in the top right corner. When developer mode is enabled, you will have 3 different options that expand below the search bar. From the expanded menu, click the “Load Extract” button.
Once you have clicked the “Load Unpacked” button, you will see the file browser dialog pop up. Navigate to the extracted zip file on your local computer and click “Select Folder”. Make sure you do this while you are in the main folder called “print-email-without-header”.
Once you’ve selected the folder, you’ll see the extension appear in the Chrome Extensions List below.
Now go to Gmail and now when you print the email you will see that the Gmail Logo and Header will hide from the print file.
