How To Make Purple Passion With Everclear
Purple Passion is a grape-flavored ready-to-drink bottled cocktail from Everclear from the 80’s. It is very fruity, slightly sweet and has a high alcohol content. I believe that because of Everclear’s high alcohol content, 26 proof, it has had no long history on our store shelves and is no longer in production. I’m not sure exactly when it stopped being produced but it returned to show up in stores around 2014 for a brief time with a mostly wine-based recipe compared to Everclear. duty to make a purple cocktail at home. I need it to taste grape, very purple, and vodka instead of Everclear. One of my best friends, Caroline, loved Purple Passion the other day and I really want to recreate this for an upcoming reunion weekend.

Reunion weekend was just a few weeks ago and Caroline was amazed to see what I had planned for her. To this day her favorite color is purple, what a coincidence? Probably? I pulled out the ingredients and she could tell immediately what was going to happen. I was happy to see that she loved it and a lot of laughs and reminiscences were heard during that fun reunion night. Including the infamous note left all these years ago banned this very drink. How to Make Perfect Purple Passion Fruit
The composition of Purple Passion includes two key purple items: grape concord and Kool-Aid grape juice or Wild Purple Smash Hawaiian Punch. Single packets of Hawaiian Punch added to bottled water are convenient when only 2-4 cocktails are made. Mix sachet with bottled water and shake to mix Kool-Aid.
