I wouldn’t do it any other way, and it even saved my butt on a couple of occasions when I forgot to shave my legs a minute ago. However, one downside of having naturally light hair is having correspondingly beautiful eyelashes. With almost every trend in the beauty industry aimed at highlighting a woman’s eyes, it becomes apparent when we blondes wear mascara during the day. Eyelash color develops over time. I’ve been using it to darken my lashes for the past two weeks and, needless to say, I love it. Colors may not look subtle due to some light differences in the pictures I took before and after using the product for two weeks, but my once golden lashes are now completely dark. You can spot the blonde color in my previous photo by comparing my lashes with my blonde eyebrows. This is definitely not the case anymore, that makes me very happy! I like my lashes to stand out even without mascara. You guys know I love my makeup, but I feel pretty good right now.Read more: how to hang Christmas lights on a brick house In addition to trying out the Rimmel Volume Colourist Mascara, I also bought a few other Rimmel products at Target the day before, all in the spirit of creating a page guide. bold eye point. It’s fun to play around with different features and really make your favorites pop, so here are a few quick and easy steps to try when you want to draw attention to your eyes. mine: | Shop all Rimmel makeup from Target here |
Step one: Fill in the eyebrows
Contents
I just started filling in my brows recently after seeing some new makeup tutorials and I don’t know why I didn’t start sooner (except for the fact that I skipped waxing them for so many years). months ((see previous photo above for a good laugh) )), so this wasn’t an area I wanted to draw attention to until recently – ha!). Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil is really the easiest tool to use and it gives your brows just the right definition, which is super important if you have a light character like me. To apply, I simply colored my brow shape with a pencil very lightly. No need to press too hard or too hard. The color I’m using in this tutorial is 001 Dark Brown, but honestly I could have gone a shade or two lighter, since my brows are yellow.
Step two: apply top liner
I usually only apply eyeliner for special occasions, but my son loves it when I do. I usually don’t do anything crazy with my top primer, but just line the bottom of my upper eyelid from the center outwards. It looks a bit weird to line only half of your eyelids at first, but it looks so much better than lining the entire length, especially once you’ve applied mascara. In this tutorial, I’m using Rimmel Color Precise Eyeliner in 001 Black Noir, which glides on seamlessly and stays on all day. This eyeliner is especially perfect for lining your upper lash line as it is a pen, offering much better adjustability than what I’m using underneath for my bottom lashes.
Step Three: Apply Bottom Liner

Just gently pull down your lower lash line and line just above your lower lash line along the tip of your lower lash line. I love using Rimmel Exagrate Smoke N’ Shine in 001 Little Black Smokey for this part. The pencil is very easy to use, and I also find that this primer is still the best compared to pencils and other variations of eyeliner.
Step 4: Apply mascara
While you may not be following every step in this guide on a daily basis, you’ll want to apply Rimmel Volume Colourist Mascara every day for at least two to four weeks to get the full effect of the product. However, the tapered brush will make your lashes look fuller and longer in no time, so don’t worry about wearing it continuously for several weeks. I really began to look forward to it – ha! This step also helps complete dark circles eyes, which look quite silly without mascara. | Rimmel Volume Colourist Mascara || More product information here |So, have you ever applied your lashes at home with Rimmel Volume Colourist Mascara?
