Step 1 – Remove the headlights

Remove the turn signals and set the grille aside. Remove the four Torx screws around each headlight. Pull out the headlight and unplug the bulb from the headlight.

Place the headlights in an oven preheated to 225 degrees F. Leave them in the oven for ten minutes for the sealant to warm up. As soon as you take the headlights out of the oven, begin to pry the headlight lens with a flat tool. Sometimes the seal will be difficult to pry off. If the seal cools, simply put it back in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up again.

Step 3 – Installing the LED Halo

Punch this hole and thread the Halo LED wire through the hole. Then, attach the Halo LED to your headlight using the adhesive on the back to attach it to the inner edge of the headlight.

Step 4 – Adjust the headlight lens
Scrape off any remaining sealant from the headlight and headlight lenses. Then, apply some new silicone sealant around the headlight lens. Clip the headlight lens to the headlight. Make sure that the lens will not slip when the sealant closes. It will take 24 hours for the vitreous to heal properly.

Step 5 – Install the headlights
Double check the headlights to make sure that the lens seal has been properly serviced. Then install the headlight on the Wrangler. Unscrew the four Torx screws. Wire your Halo LEDs and find the parking light wiring. Using the splice connector, connect the positive LED wire to the positive parking light wire and connect the negative ground LED wire to the ground parking light wire. Reassemble the grille, reconnect the turn signals and the plastic cover. Then start the Jeep and turn on the parking lights. Your new Halo LED will be turned on along with the parking lights.
