Chuck E Cheese Dance– If you’ve been to Chuck E Cheese recently, you might already know about this dance, but if you haven’t caught up yet, catch up! About every 30 minutes, Chuck E Cheese will appear live at the restaurant to lead the kids in a hilariously choreographed dance. Think Cupid Shuffle, Chuck E Cheese. Then, at the end, Chuck E throws a handful of tickets into the air for the kids to pick up and hold for a prize. Not only is it fun, even for the youngest kids, but the kids are super excited about getting extra tickets.

How to Get More Tickets and WAY Tokens at Chuck E Cheese!

Recommended sheet – This is one of the best kept secrets! The Chuck E Cheese website has over 20 different rewards rankings that you can print out to use as a reward or motivation for visiting Chuck E Cheese. There’s everything from daily chores, reading, table manners, no-sniffing, and potty training, so no matter what stage you’re at with your child, there’s something for you. reward them. Receipt– I tend to just take the receipt after paying and stuff it in my pocket when I’m running frantically after the kids. This is a big mistake at Chuck E Cheese! Chuck E Cheese will often use the bottom of a receipt to give you an offer or reward for a survey. On our recent visit, the bottom of the receipt provided us with 100 tickets to complete the survey. I’ve also heard of coupons for a free ticket experience when you buy a combo, which is a super cool gift that can lead to hundreds of additional tickets.

Right now they’re celebrating their 40th anniversary and there’s a game of drag on all the big drink cups. We had three mugs during our visit and 2 of them won 40 bonus tickets! Birthday party– I feel like a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese is a right of the way. I still remember having me there as a kid, and all my kids begged to have one of their kids there too. Birthday parties can be one of the most lucrative ways to earn extra tickets! We just had a party for my sons there and had an absolute blast! You may have seen all the fun we have on my Instagram story, but if not let me tell you, 11 year old boys have never had so much fun. Here are some ways you can get more tickets and tokens in your party:

Ticket Hunting Experience – No matter the level of the party, every birthday kid can take part in the ticket shooting game and catch as many as possible. Aim for the large exclusive sized bills that are certificates for 10-50 extra tickets and also super paper 500 tickets!
Book your party- We were able to get 20 extra tokens just for booking your party online. Also, if you book on certain days of the week, you may be eligible for 100 bonus tokens!
Party Package Level – 3 of the 4 party packages available give the birthday kid an extra 1000 tickets! Remember to keep an eye on that privilege
Pinata- We booked the Mega Super Star package and I’m so glad we did! I was a bit concerned with the weather we needed or could go with one of the lower packages, but every detail from the food to the food bags was well taken care of for me. The kids’ favorite privilege is Pinata! They went crazy for this! It’s not a traditional piñata that you hit, but instead ropes at the bottom that the kids take turns pulling until the bottom comes out and you’re showered with tickets and cards. Like I said they loved it! Pinata is packed with 400 tickets and 40 cards and when they pour out, it’s like Christmas morning!

Go when the door is open– This is a very informal tip, but I think it’s worth mentioning. We’ve started frequenting Chuck E Cheese on weekday mornings when they open at 11 for the lunch buffet. It’s super affordable with a buffet that costs just a few dollars for older kids and kids under 3 to eat for free and they can play and graze as long as you need to fill up for the day. The trick we learned was that many mornings when we arrived right at the machine, they would go around each machine, stick a token to make sure it worked, and then move on to the next machine. While the staff continues, the game will run in that direction and then some tickets will be drawn. At our Chuck E Cheese, they leave tickets there for the lucky kids to come along and pick them up while they’re playing. While I’m not sure if this is the case for every Chuck E Cheese across the country, it’s certainly why they do it, and for us, it was a great way to start our trip. Go with a little excitement!

All you can play cards– In certain markets (about 230 of their locations) Chuck E Cheese does an all you can play on Wednesdays, allowing you to play unlimited for a period of one hour. This is great if you have older kids who can explode some tokens like no-one’s own. Check with your local store to see if you sell this product in your area. There’s also a 2 hour play all you can play add-on for Mega/VIP birthday packs, which is going to be really cool!
