NAT Type 1 (Open) – You are NOT using a router/firewall OR you have DMZ enabled. You won’t experience any problems while playing the game, but this can cause security issues.
NAT Category 2 (Medium) –Your PS3/PS4 is properly connected and you should not have any problems.
NAT Category 3 (Strict) – You can connect to PSN and perform downloads/updates other functions may not work as expected.
