First, the polyester needs to be layered. It’s usually sheer, so it requires a tank top underneath for modesty – something you might want to avoid. Second, polyester is not as breathable as cotton and linen. It really traps heat, third, polyester clings to you in the worst way when you start to sweat. Stay outside all day in a polyester dress and you’ll feel as slimy as a can of sardines.
