How to Make Stir-Fried Poke Salad (Sallet)

  • Set a basin with water that is too warm. Allow it to boil again and add the stem. Turn the heat over from medium to high and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Drain the watercress stalks, wash them. Place the stem in a large bowl or pot and cover with fresh, cold water. Set aside on the counter and let it soak for no less than 36 hours.
