How To Change Pants Into A Skirt

This is a pair of my daughter’s pants, it actually started out as overalls that I wear it back into pants. She wears them often until they start to get too short. Before I get started, I want to make it clear that this tutorial works great for any light fabric. I do not recommend this method for thicker fabrics, such as jeans, as the seams will not be properly flat. Here I will share a tutorial to sew a jean skirt from jeans, here is another method.
