A. Change your SoundCloud profile picture

Open the SoundCloud page on an internet enabled device: Open a browser on any internet enabled device and enter the URL topqa.info; then press “Enter” or “Go” to access the website. If you are not logged in to your account on the platform, you should do so immediately by going to the top right corner and tapping “Sign In”. If you are browsing from a tablet or mobile phone, the SoundCloud app does not allow you to change your profile picture! You need to request the desktop version when you open the site in a mobile browser.

Go to the top right and tap your picture or name: You’ll find your name and photo in the drop-down menu on the navigation bar in the top right corner of the screen.

Tap the profile icon on the drop-down menu: When you tap this icon, it will take you to the profile in a new window.

Hover/finger over your profile picture. When you hover over your profile picture, you’ll see a new button called “Update Image”.

Tap “Update Image:” Tap “update image” with the camera icon next to it. It will open a new window or a dialog box, then it will ask you to choose a new image you want to use.

Choose your favorite picture: You will see a list of photos in the dialog box, select the picture you want.

Tap the “Open” icon: When you click the open icon, it sends your photo to SoundCloud. You can check the preview of the image in the preview page that will pop up.

Resize the image by dragging the +/- slider: Although this is not required, you can drag the slider to resize your image. You’ll notice this slider when looking towards the bottom left of the screen. The slider has no obvious effect on the image; it just zooms in and out so your photo can fit in the profile picture space. When you drag the slider to “-”, the image will shrink, and when you drag it to the plus sign, it will zoom in.

Tap and drag the image: If you want to change the part of the photo that’s inside the circle, you should tap and drag the image until it’s perfectly positioned.

Go to the bottom right corner of the screen and tap “Save”: The save button is orange and located at the bottom right when the preview opens. When you tap that button, your photo is saved and your profile updated.

B. Update Your SoundCloud Cover Image

Check the upper-right corner to tap your photo or name: Tap your SoundCloud image or name to open a drop-down menu. Names and images should be easy to locate; If you’re having trouble doing this, check out the navigation bar at the top right of the page.

Tap the profile icon: On the drop-down menu, click the profile icon and it will take you to your profile.

Tap “Update Image”: When you hover over your cover photo, it will bring up a drop-down menu in the top right corner of your page.

Find and tap “Replace Image” in the drop-down menu: After tapping “Replace Image,” you’ll see a list of images you have on your browsing device. You can choose any image there. Also, if you want to remove the cover photo, all you have to do is tap on “Delete Photo”.

Choose a different photo for your SoundCloud account’s cover photo: Go through the contents of the dialog box and select the image you want to use as your SoundCloud cover photo. Make sure you select the picture relevant to your dialog box.

Tap Open: Go to the right corner at the bottom of the dialog box to preview your selected cover photo.

Edit the size and position of the photo: If you want, you can change the way your cover photo is placed, you can also zoom the photo to show its contents. If you want to resize the photo, you should drag the slider on the left side of the screen.

Hold the photo and drag it to reposition your photo.

Tap “Save:” You will see an orange button that says “Save” on it, tap it to save your cover photo.
