In Minecraft, these are the materials you can use to build a cactus farm:
Steps to build a cactus farm
1. Place Glass to build a box 3 blocks high
First, place the glass blocks to form a box with a length of 8 blocks, a width of 7 blocks and a height of 3 blocks (dimensions are 8x7x3).
2. Dig one of the faces 8 glass blocks wide
Next, go to the side 8 blocks wide and dig a hole 6 blocks wide as shown below.
3. Place Chests to collect Cactus

4. Add water
Now go to the opposite side and using a bucket of water, add water inside the structure.
5. Place cobblestone on top of the water
Next, you will need to place the cobblestone on top of the water. This is very difficult so start by placing 2 cobblestone blocks in the glass.

6. Place sand and cactus on cobblestone

7. Place a Nether brick wall above (and between each skeleton)
Now you will need to place a block such as a nether brick wall above and between each skeleton. This is tricky, so start by placing the nether brick wall on top of the cactus and then a front wall.

8. Cactus Farm is ready!
Your Cactus Farm is now complete and should look like the image below:
