- Sea Queen snow crab legs
- Minced garlic in stone mill
- Milled chili and lemon
- Countryside Creamery Candy Cream Butter
- 2 lemons
Step 2: Place the defrosted crab legs on a shallow baking tray
You can defrost crab legs using several methods; both defrost in the fridge for 12-18 hours (really helpful) or put under active water for 3-5 minutes. Immediately after defrosting, place the crab legs on a shallow baking tray lined with foil.
Step 3: Toss with lemon, garlic, butter and spices
Start by squeezing the juice of 1 lemon too much of the crab. Then, sprinkle the minced Garlic in the blender. I love having a jar of this on hand – it’s definitely a time saver for a particular person’s garlic cloves. Then, reduce the 4 tablespoons of butter to small portions and add too much crab. Finally, sprinkle with Stonemill lemon peppers.
Step 4: Bake the crabs
After the crab legs are covered with lemon, garlic, butter and spices, they will be prepared for the oven. Since the crab is pre-cooked, it doesn’t take long to bake. Baking at 400 for 5-7 minutes is the right amount of time to warm up the crabs.
