Like many of my air fryer recipes, this recipe calls for very minimal ingredients to achieve delicious, crispy results. It requires only 3 main components:

  • Green bean: We’ll be using a can of chickpeas to create this crunchy snack. For best results, dry them with paper towels sooner than air-frying.
  • Olive oil: Olive oil is used to coat the chickpeas. It helps the seasonings stick and in addition makes them crunchier!
  • Salt: Salt is a great seasoning, replacing the traditional seasoning, deliciously flavored with chickpeas.

How to make Crispy Chickpeas

  • Drain and dry: Drain and pat the chickpeas dry with paper towels.
  • Toss with seasoning: Coat the chickpeas by mixing with olive oil and your alternative seasonings.
