It is measured in RPM’s (rotations per minute) Your instructor might suggest a cadence but it is always up to you. Do not pedal over 120 RPMS as this could potentially be unsafe. It is adjusted by turning the resistance knob on the frame of the bike. Turn to the right to increase and to the left to decrease. For a recovery or a flat road you would turn your resistance to the left.Output: How much effort you are putting into the class.
