HOW DO YOU MAKE Chocolate Malted Crunch Ice Cream?

Beat sweetened condensed milk and malt powder in a medium-sized bowl until blended.

In mixing bowl, beat heavy cream to the top of the organ.

Take 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream & gently add to your milk/malt mixture. (this can thin it out)

Transfer that chocolate mixture to the giant bowl of your remaining whipped cream & FOLLOW in until fully combined. Take care not to over-mix and break your whipped cream.

Add chopped malt – fold in.

Transfer to an airtight container, incubate and freeze 6-8 hours earlier than serving.
