Video How to build a weber grillTrying to create a table for a Weber® grill or an identical spherical charcoal grill? Then we helped you line up Reading: How to Build a Weber Grill The following standout work was done by Peter of Santa Rosa, California. Peter has also built an extra sink outside the kitchen right next to the grill. In this edition, we give an in-depth summary of each of Peter’s initiatives and the resources he used to put them together in hopes of encouraging your personal building! Let’s start:

Peter’s Homemade BBQ Table

Smoking tablePeter shared a complete out-of-door kitchen space with a full oven, sink and wood oven. The table actually includes a Primo grill, however, the design is similar to the Weber® round charcoal grill and various grill manufacturers. Just like conventional pipe fittings, however, as an alternative to using threaded connections, Kee Klamp fittings slide over the pipe. They will then be fixed in place by tightening a set screw on the resistor. This often makes them a lot simpler to use than with conventional accessories. For example, many of our potential customers build adjustable peak workbenches using Kee Klamp. In Peter’s case, the rack (where the underside of the grill is located) can actually be moved up or down. The rack is constructed of pallet wood and uses a single socket and M50 becomes. Single socket numbing is used to create the center brace in every finish of the table body. Connected to this brace is the M50 becomes. From there, the rack is connected to the M50. This becomes has a tab with a gap in it that allows it to be used to connect the platform to a tube body. P50 becomes can be used in identical approach. The high table is a custom 12-inch metal plate with a reduced space in the center to allow the grill to have a seat inside. The opening was initially reduced by a metal supply store that used a water jet. Peter then enlarged the hole using an air-energy reducer to allow for more space. The table is 7′ long x 2’8″ deep. To attach the table top to the frame, a Flange coupling was used, which has a socket on one end with a circular mounting plate on the other. This mounting plate has four recessed holes in it for mounting.Single socket nut and flange fittings can be purchased separately. However, we do offer a panel set that can be ordered to your desired size. , that’s the route Peter took when building this table Find our full list of desk kits here.BBQ table sink
