Replace the needle and float, making sure the float is flat when you hold the body upside down. If it’s not a degree, adjust it as such. Install the carb bowl (aka the float chamber). Reinstall the drain screw. Reinstall the carburetor to the engine. Place an oil film on the fuel pump outlet and carburetor inlet, so that the new hose slides in easily.
