Now, let’s talk about Ways to achieve the greatest victory – conquer yourself.

What is the biggest obstacle between you and happiness? The biggest obstacle between you and success (whatever your definition is)? What is the biggest obstacle between you and your inner peace? The answer is the same to all three of these questions: You Ultimately, it is the conflict between your subconscious perceptions and beliefs about yourself and the world and what you consciously desire. It is not the mountain that we conquer but ourselves. ” – Edmund Hillary (first person to summit Everest, with climber Tenzing Norgay) Subconscious beliefs determine what you will do, how you will manifest and interact with the world, your relationships the relationships you form and nurture and whether or not you sabotage your success Another way to look at this is “WHAT ARE YOU EAT?” In other words, what are your dominant Emotions, Dominant Attitudes and Dominant Thoughts Read more: how to tell if you Cat is gayE – Emotion A – Attitude T – Thoughts Either you conquer and control your emotions, thoughts and attitudes, or, they conquer and sabotage you. everything, is the most shameful and objectionable/lowest thing.” – Plato, Ancient Greek Philosopher 428 BC – 348 BC Before considering ways to conquer yourself, consider first Who or what is the “me”; What are you really and what are you pretending to be? Think of it this way: The real self or the real self is your original self – open, loving and understanding, believing in possibilities while the fake self is the conditioned mind – nature way (thinking, feeling c, attitudes and fears) that you have learned to survive. your original self. It happens when you are able to transform your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes and remove the fear. Of course, this is a process that requires identifying your core beliefs and core emotions; beliefs, feelings, and attitudes that prevent you from being, doing, and getting what you want. However, there are also specific actions you can take to help you conquer yourself.1. Self-control – say No Self-control is the ability to control one’s own impulses, emotions, and actions. I summarize “self-control” as the ability to say “No”. In other words, say “No” to yourself, so that your weaknesses and limitations don’t control you.2. Self-discipline – say Yes Self-discipline is the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to give it up. I summarize “self-discipline” as the ability to say “Yes” to what you know you need to do – regardless of how you feel, despite your initial reaction to feeling uncomfortable.3. Delayed instant gratification We easily give in to instant gratification because we think of immediate benefits; To conquer instant gratification, focus on the long-term consequences of giving it and the benefits and rewards of delaying gratification. And if you make a mistake, and if you give in, don’t beat yourself up, focus on the next challenge: “I’ll do better next time.”4. Overcoming the voices of insecurity and self-criticism – The Great Trickster Have you seen the movie “The Wizard of Oz”? Don’t listen to the man behind the curtain! Each of us has some self-doubt or a voice in our heads that limits us to thoughts like “You can’t do it… you’re not good enough… you’re not worthy.. ..etc.” This voice, sometimes referred to as the inner chat box – also known as The Great Trickster – is the voice of fear-inducing criticism. You can conquer The Great Trickster by surrounding yourself with people who believe in you and support you, and above all, by observing thoughts. That means, separate yourself from those thoughts. Watch them from afar and they will have less power over you.5. Going in the right direction Do you know what I want? Do you know where you are going? Focus on your goal and remember, nothing is neutral – every action draws you closer to your goal or further away from it. Take a step or action each day to achieve your goal. Always do the hardest thing first – and do it in the morning. If you delay it, it will control you and you will delay it and you will delay.6. Tame the ego There is extraordinary strength and freedom when you are ready to ask for help and support in any form you need. It takes strength to acknowledge vulnerability. Identify where you need help, specifically, and ask others for help.7. Uphold thorough honesty Be willing and open to criticism and feedback so you can learn and grow. You don’t always win, but you can always learn! Beware of being ruined by false compliments. However, be careful with using criticism to discourage you or use it as an excuse to give up. Never give up!8. Nourish your mind and soul Spend just a few minutes a day reading inspirational material. Remember, you’re thinking all the time, so why not think about the things that motivate you to be, do, and have what you want?9. Take action now There’s a mantra I use to aid me in self-discipline: “Do it now!” And when I don’t feel like doing it, I say it to myself until I suddenly start doing it!10. Do the right thing Accountability is an important component of success and inner peace. The responsibility and obligation involved in doing what you know is right, even when it’s uncomfortable or fun. When you conquer yourself, you will become the strongest warrior. You can do it!
