Thankfully, I didn’t give up, so I kept trying until I came up with this spaghetti jollof recipe. It’s one of those dishes that I barely have enough to photograph, because people start to “taste” it before I’m done taking pictures. At my house, the rule is that when I take pictures of food, you can taste it, but you can’t eat until you’ve finished taking pictures. My sisters and husband in the house completely abused their tasting privilege. So to anyone in my house on the day of the photo shoot, I’m officially revoking your tasting privilege! Unless I invite you to taste (I will also control the palate), you can no longer taste at will. I would most likely invite you to taste it, but you may not be able to taste it yourself. Thank you!
