Usually they are called Creamsicles, typically Dreamsicles however we often refer to them as 50/50 bars. A 50/50 bar is an ice cream bar that has half of the vanilla ice cream on the heart with the other half on the skin being orange… .determined 50/50. Regardless of how outdated you are currently, summer is looking 🙂* (Agave syrup is a completely healthy sweetener derived from the cactus plant. It has a really carefree candy look. It’s liquid (syrup) so the ice cream is finished. will still be slightly “thin” or more or less foul when it is frozen…especially like the consistency of a sweet serve ice cream) ** (Ice cream will make the ice cream a bit darker and denser and add “sticky” in the recipe. when half and half will give you a firmer consistency… .each good it’s just a matter of desire.)
