Why Does My Xbox One Keep Turning Off

My Xbox One turns itself off. It boots initially and I can use it in seconds. Then it turns off after about 5 seconds or just randomly turns off. Sometimes I can start playing a game, but when the game loads up, the Xbox shuts down. I updated my Xbox One S to the last update from Microsoft but it keeps turning off. Can I fix this myself or should I send it back to Microsoft for repair? I’d like to know if there’s anything I can do like a simple fix that I can do myself before sending it back in for fix.
