Sakura and Haruki’s friendship deepens when Sakura invites Haruki to take the train, and they later share a bed in a hotel. Sakura’s friends become suspicious after witnessing such closeness between them. Suddenly, Sakura was hospitalized, and when she was discharged, Haruki arranged lunch for her. The most confusing part of the movie is when Sakura doesn’t show up for lunch, and some time later, Haruki hears that she was stabbed on the way to meet his dearest best friend.
